Welcome to Last T-Shirt Shop. This website and store are operated by Last
T-Shirt Shop ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order,
you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them.

Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of
a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

Our products
We sell apparel and related goods that are printed to order through our
print partner. Colors on your screen may vary slightly from the finished
product, and because each item is made individually, small variations are
normal and are not defects.

About our imagery
The models shown in our photos and videos are AI-generated. The shirts and
products are 100% real, physical items that we print and ship to you. We
believe in being upfront about this.

Pricing and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to
keep everything accurate, but if a product or price is listed in error, we
reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that item, even after it's
been submitted. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in
full.

Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, logos, and content on this site are owned by
Last T-Shirt Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our
written permission.

Acceptable use
Please don't use our site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or
interfere with the site's operation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our store and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed
by law, Last T-Shirt Shop is not liable for any indirect or incidental
damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability
for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
United States.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always
lives on this page.
